Customer Service perfection is on display at Zters. I have been dealing with Angela at Zters for almost two years now. I set up numerous events across the country and have to ensure deliveries are made on a precise time schedule to make it work. I have never been disappointed in over 2 years and 40 events. I send the schedule to Angela, and she makes it work. I even did an event in Montreal Canada that went off without a hitch thanks in part to Zters and Angela. I am a perfectionist and always double-checking and worrying a bit about on-time deliveries and punctuality but I find myself not so much worrying about it when Zters is involved. Professional and reliable are two words that describe their service.
If I have to call them, it is always a friendly, professional call. I was so impressed with their service, I stopped by their offices in Tomball, Texas last year (2011) to meet Angela and say thank you to all of them.
