Think about the last time you shopped online for furniture on your mobile device. Chances are, there was a point-and-view feature that let you point your camera in the direction of your room to see how a piece of furniture would look in the space. You saw AR in action. And you can do the same thing with portable toilets, dumpsters, and storage units on your next DIY project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why use AR for outdoor events and DIY?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a good chance you\u2019ve never rented a portable toilet or dumpster before. How do you know whether a 10-foot or 20-foot unit will fit? Or whether a portable toilet will fit in a carport? It\u2019s hard to visualize the size and shape of these products, so we developed an AR feature for our app that makes it easy to see whether units will fit before you place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And unfortunately, it costs time and money to get a new delivery scheduled. When you\u2019re DIYing or planning a family reunion, that\u2019s an added expense you don\u2019t need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We knew our customers needed an easier way to see if rentals will fit, and AR offered the best solution. We knew it would also help people doing home improvement projects, so we integrated an AR feature into our app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
