Job Summary

As a Level 1 Technical Support at ZTERS, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our customers. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a CompTIA A+ certification or an equivalent degree to kick-start their career in the technology field.

Job Requirements

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting connection, hardware, and software issues.
  • Guide customers through basic setup and configuration processes.
  • Resolve password reset requests and account access issues.
  • Assist users with questions on errors they may have with our ERP and direct them accordingly.
  • Document customer inquiries and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Continuously update and expand your technical knowledge.
  • Additional responsibilities may apply 

Preferred experience qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • 1 Year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent end user support service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
