Job Summary

Success Representative is responsible for the support of our Account Managers activities to achieve the
goals and objectives of the organization. This position works with internal stakeholders to maintain and
nurture business relationships, while ensuring that all business obligations are met and promotes a
strong sense of community and information sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain customer health and provide assistances to customers during the customers’ journey.
  • Serve as a point of contact within ZTERS; This may include serving as the liaison between the
    customer and internal stakeholders (i.e., business teams) for communication, relationship
    management and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
  • Work independently while supporting interdepartmental relationships
  • Educate customers on ZTERS Customer Portal and App, ZTERS portfolio of services, and the
    Account Managers Role
  • Conduct brief research on Customers serviced, such as website, emails, phone numbers,
    contacts, description of business activities and update the customer account with this
    information
  • Communicates with a customers’ regarding tonnages, invoices, final pickups, extra services, or
    ETAs
  • Ensure accurate data within the Customers’ and Service Provider’s record, as well as COI and W9
    compliance for Service Providers
  • Facilitate resolutions for Service Providers issues and concerns
  • Perform other job-related tasks or duties as assigned

Preferred experience qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Two years of prior experience working in an administrative position preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an
    organization (verbal and written) on a regular basis
  • Excellent organizational skills a must
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing missing account information
  • Must be skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
