A permit is required for all dumpsters placed in a public right-of-way. A permit is not required when being placed on private property.
You must apply for a permit if you are placing a dumpster anywhere off of a private property. A permit for a dumpster is for an initial term of less than 14 days and renewal permit may be approved and issued for an additional 14 day period upon application and payment of the permit renewal fee.
