How do I get started as a Premier Service Provider?

Here’s what you need to start the process:

  • Guarantee current pricing with a commitment to provide 60 days of notice prior to any changes. Pricing can be based on zip code or driving distance from a location.
  • Provide a primary contact person for sales and support.
  • You must have a current certificate of insurance and an up-to-date W9.
  • Agree to provide the excellent customer support and reliable service our customers have come to expect.
