Log InZTERS Named to Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies List for Third Year

ZTERS named No. 3,541 on the fastest-growing private companies list.
HOUSTON — August 17th, 2021 — For the third year running, ZTERS has been named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Owned Companies list. The family-owned company moved up nearly 400 positions this year. They provide nationwide waste rental services, including construction site and outdoor event rentals and commercial waste services for a variety of commercial, industrial, warehouse, and restaurant facilities across the United States.
“We’re beyond pleased to be included on the list this year, and we are continuing to grow and add jobs,” said Chad Farley, President of Market Development. “Our employees have been key to the company’s continued growth, and we are very grateful to have been able to not only continue operations, but also to grow, despite the setbacks of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
In 2020, the company opened a new headquarters in Cypress, in the northwest section of the Houston metropolitan area, just as the pandemic hit. Despite having to shift to remote working conditions and rehauling the entirety of their technical infrastructure, the company was able to keep employees on board and even hire additional team members.
“It speaks volumes about our Zeeps and our IT team that we were able to shift direction, go fully remote, and keep operations moving in 2020,” said ZTERS President of Operations Shay Sims. “It has been incredible to see so many people continue to give their best even in times of uncertainty.”
The headquarters has since reopened, and the company has welcomed more than 100 employees back to the campus.
“Everyone worked so hard throughout the last year, so being named to the Inc. 5000 list – with all the challenges everyone was dealing with – it means a lot, and it shows what great people we’re fortunate to work with,” Sims said.
The company is currently hiring at a rapid pace to keep up with national demand for waste service rentals.
