Looking Back on 2025 at ZTERS

As 2025 comes to an end, we’re reflecting on what shaped the year at ZTERS. Some of it shows up in the numbers, but much of it doesn’t. What stands out most is the deliberate, behind-the-scenes work that kept jobsites running smooth and relationships strong across the country.

This year at ZTERS was about consistency: being reliable at every turn, improving how we support customers, and continuing to build a company people want to work with and work for.

Keeping Site Services Simple for Our Customers

A busy year for temporary site services

In 2025, the temporary site services team:

  • Supported more than 18,000 customers
  • Helped serve over 30,000 sites nationwide
  • Served approx. 3,700 active customers at any given time
  • Welcomed more than 12,000 new customers

We appreciate the customers who continue to rely on ZTERS as a trusted partner in keeping their sites running smoothly.

Continued growth in commercial waste services

Growth continued across long-term services as well. By the end of 2025, ZTERS was supporting hundreds of long-term customers and sites, managing front load containers, grease trap services, and thousands of roll-off hauls.

To us, these ongoing relationships reflect the trust that customers place in ZTERS to deliver dependable service again and again—no matter how many sites they manage.

Investing in technology and the customer experience

This year, our teams focused on improving how customers experience ZTERS both on the ground and online.

We continued building and rolling out Z SIGHT, giving customers tech-empowered visibility into dumpster activity and helping teams make more informed decisions about their waste services.

We also revamped the ZTERS website to make it easier to navigate, request services, and find the information you need faster. We also continued publishing blog content across a wide range of topics to help educate and inform customers throughout the year. (Thank you for reading!)

We’ve shared a selection of customer stories that offer a closer look at how ZTERS supports projects across different industries and jobsite needs.

Staying Connected to the Industry

Being present where the conversations happen

We spent time this year getting out into the industry, attending trade shows, conventions, and organization events to stay connected to the people and challenges shaping our work.

One of the most significant gatherings was WasteExpo 2025 in Las Vegas—North America’s largest solid waste, recycling, organics, food waste recovery,  and sustainability tradeshow.

“WasteExpo 2025 was a great chance to connect with partners, customers, and providers from across the country. We walked away with stronger relationships, fresh insights into where the industry is headed, and a reminder of why partnerships matter in this space. Looking forward to building on the connections we made in Vegas.” -Crystal Ybarra, Client Success Manager

Our Zeeps could also be found at Dirt World Summit 2025, the Houston Disaster Expo, and an Associated General Contractors of America member mixer to name just a few.

The People Behind the Work

Zeeps at the center of everything

Metrics and milestones tell part of the story, but they don’t fully capture what makes ZTERS run. That credit goes to our Zeeps: the teams coordinating services, supporting customers, developing lasting partnerships, and showing up for one another throughout the year.

Giving back together

In December, Zeeps came together with friends and family to support Rise Against Hunger, packing more than 10,000 meals in a single event. It was a reminder that the impact of this team extends beyond jobsites and service calls.

Thank You and Happy Holidays!

To wrap things up, some words from our CEO Chad Farley:

“Our customers do real work on real timelines everyday. Our job is to make temporary and commercial site services one less thing you have to worry about. Thank you for trusting us with your projects, parties, and properties this year. We look forward to supporting even more of your growth in the year to come.”

Thank you to the customers, partners, and Zeeps who made 2025 a strong year. Happy holidays from everyone here at ZTERS.
