The Challenge

A customer in Hawaii needed a 10-stall restroom trailer to support a warehouse bathroom remodel. The jobsite was on one of the islands with extremely limited local options:

  • Provider A had restroom trailers but only rented them for weddings.
  • Provider B offered only standard portable toilets.

The customer required a high-quality, multi-stall solution and was at risk of delaying the project without it.

The ZTERS Solution

ZTERS rep Katie took swift action. Through creative problem-solving and strong logistical coordination, she:

  • Located a 10-stall trailer on a neighboring island.
  • Arranged for it to be loaded onto a barge and shipped to the customer's island.
  • Coordinated with a local trucking company for final delivery from port to site.

The trailer remained on-site for 45 days, with three service visits per week handled by Provider B. At the end of the project, Katie coordinated the return logistics and the trailer was transported back to the port and shipped to its home island.
