Customer service on the phone was terrific. Delivery was perfect. Really nice man set up just as i requested, he even put the boards under to protect the driveway. Happy, friendly service. The condition of the dumpster was an issue. It has multiple locations of rust rot. One door hinge is broken making for difficulty in opening. Time to retire this one fellas.

You guys mixed up pick up dates which fully screwed me because i have a rental car blocked and now i have to rent it another day due to your guys mistake. I asked you guys to rush pick up as it was your mistake and i have to wait the whole day....thats not right! For all your good review you would think you guys would be more on top of a mistake caused by you! Very very unprofessional!

The entire transaction was a mess and totally unorganized. Dumpster was to arrive on a monday. It didnt so i called and they said wont be here until wednesday. It showed up unannounced tuesday. We were supposed to have it for 10 days. The subcontractor you hired came unannounced and removed it yesterday. We were not given info re: what couldnt go in the dumpster. I had to spend 30 minutes yesterday removing tvs from the dumpster as they cant go to landfill. We expect a 30% credit asap as we only had it 7 out of 10 days paid for.
