The diver was very nice and informative. The dumpster had some gross residue on the floor, but i guess thats to be expected since its a dumpster. First time renting one. Theres graffiti on the outside of the dumpster... but again...its a dumpster and its serving my needs.

It seems as though you've been doing this for a while. This is my first time renting a roll off. The agent i dealt with, tyler, was friendly and informative. The delivery of the dumpster was quick and easy. The driver called about 20 minutes before delivery. The unit delivered was larger than requested because they were out of ten yard bins. I'm impressed with the willingness to do that, at no extra charge, to keep to the promised schedule. I'm very happy with how the rental has gone to this point, and expect pick-up to go just as well.

Our dumpster was supposed to be delivered the afternoon of april 1. The delivery date had bee arranged nearly a month in advance and was critical. We had five people from out of state waiting to clean out my mom's home and had to have the dumpster. We were informed that it was delivered to the wrong place and one would be delivered on april 2 at 0900. When it didn't arrive we were told they didn't have a driver since it was a saturday. Annette at corporate did call around and they could not round one up. We finally got the dumpster on monday morning. It was horribly inconvenient for us, and i spent way too much time on the phone trying to figure this out while four other people sat twiddling their thumbs.
