    The porta pot was supposed to be delivered 5/7 a man called on 5/7 stated not until 5/8 8-10am. At 9:30 am the porta pot was still not here. The park had around 35 + volunteers for set up who had to leave the area for a restroom break. 5/8 at 9:30 a call was made to the man he said the event does not start till 12 and would not be there for another hour. He arrived at 11:20 pm. I will not be using your company again.

    Zters said it would be delivered friday and picked up monday. Gerken brought it thursday and put it in the wrong spot and said it won’t be picked up until thursday. The lady said zters knows they only do my area on a thursday route.

    One of the fresh water tanks was dropped and broken before it arrived. It was broken not cracked see photo, and the guy just left it there. I called my customer service gal and she was great, but then the guy showed up he was pretty rude when i told him i was the one who called, and we needed a new one. Very unprofessional.
