Faye was incredibly patient and accommodating in finalizing our order and payment for a fundraising walk. Bill was exceptional n his customer service for the unit drop off. He called me to get proper location in the public park i was a work and couldn't be at the site, and he added a combination door lock to keep the unit unused until our event, taking time to call me back and provide instructions abut opening the lock he even sent me a text pic to show me the lock style and code. Bravo!

The porta pot was supposed to be delivered 5/7 a man called on 5/7 stated not until 5/8 8-10am. At 9:30 am the porta pot was still not here. The park had around 35 + volunteers for set up who had to leave the area for a restroom break. 5/8 at 9:30 a call was made to the man he said the event does not start till 12 and would not be there for another hour. He arrived at 11:20 pm. I will not be using your company again.
