Reflecting on 2024 Success & Looking Ahead

As the year wraps up in holiday cheer, it’s a perfect time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together. This year, our motto has been “If it doesn’t add value to our Customers, Service Providers, or Zeeps, we don’t do it.” We have done a lot this year. Please join me on a journey through 2024’s accomplishments and what we hope to achieve in 2025.
Adding Value to Our Customers
ZTERS exists to make life simpler for our customers, so they can focus on what they do best. In 2024, we doubled down on this mission, and the results speak volumes.
- Radically Restructured Operations: This year, we completely reimagined how we deliver service. By tracking every response time and addressing issues faster than ever, we’ve built a stronger foundation for reliable solutions.
- Expanded Reach: With a network of over 7,000 service providers and services delivered to 30,000 locations, ZTERS stands as a true leader in the industry.
- Customer Feedback at an All-Time High: With an average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, we are proud to say our efforts are making a measurable difference.

ZTERS thrives on partnerships with outstanding service providers. This year, we elevated those relationships to new heights.
- Over $11 million in work delivered to our Premier Service Providers and $41 million to all providers.
- Technology investments that streamline our communication with service providers, allowing service providers to focus more time on delivering excellence.
