Additionally, the site should be large enough to accommodate a flatbed truck to load and unload your office trailer. Make sure the path leading to the location is large enough as well. The location you select should be close enough to utility sources (gas, water, electricity, etc.) if you want utilities connected. The hookups must adhere to local codes and be finalized before the office rental is delivered.
Yes, the portable office can come with furniture. Depending on the package you choose, it may include basic pieces you’d find in an office such as desks and chairs. Other packages may include useful additions such as filing cabinets or TVs.
